There will be no returns or refunds on live cattle sales, deposits included. Here at Dawson Cattle, we take pride in our Longhorn Cattle and once reserved, it takes away from other potential Buyers to have the option in buying the cattle. Once a deposit is received, we will take the reserved cattle off the sale page.

Once the cattle is in the Buyer's care, it is the Buyer's sole responsibility for the cattle's health and well being.

Only time there will be a refund is if the purchased cattle for the unfortunate reason, dies within our care where a deposit or full purchase was made. Then and only then, will the deposit or full price be refunded to Buyer. 

If for whatever reason arises for the Buyer and he/she is forced to sell the cattle, he/she is more than welcome to offer a sale price for Dawson Cattle to buy back the cow. Dawson Cattle, however, is not obligated to buy back any cattle sold.
